Credits, billing and cancelling, explained plainly.
Credits pay for AI runs and come from a monthly or yearly plan or a one-time credit pack. HD layer splitting costs 7 credits for each layer the model returns, and Standard costs 10 credits per run at any layer count. The object eraser costs 5 credits per image, the AI photo editor 8 and the AI PSD generator 8. The PNG to PSD, PSD viewer and PSD to PNG browser tools are free and never use credits.
HD lets the model decide how many layers to return (2–17), so the price isn't known until the run ends. When it starts, we hold up to 119 credits, or your whole balance if that's lower; you need at least 28 to start. When it finishes, we charge 7 credits per layer returned and refund the rest straight away, so a poster split into 8 layers costs 56 credits. Standard runs always cost the same and are charged when they start.
New accounts start with 0 credits, so every AI run is paid for with credits. The smallest plan, Lite, costs $4.90 a month for 50 credits. If you'd rather not subscribe, a 60-credit pack costs $5.90, paid once. The PNG to PSD, PSD viewer and PSD to PNG browser tools are free and need no account.
Monthly plans add credits each paid month, and those credits expire at the end of that month. Yearly plans add the whole year's credits at once, and they expire when that year ends. Either way, unused credits don't carry over.
A subscription adds credits every paid month or year and lets Standard runs go up to 8 layers. A credit pack is paid once, its credits last 365 days and stack with plan credits, and Standard runs go up to 4 layers. Either way, HD picks its own layer count (2–17).
A run that fails refunds its credits automatically, and an HD run gives back whatever it held but didn't use. Beyond that, plans and credit packs aren't refundable, except in the cases our refund policy describes.
Cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then stops renewing. There's no in-place upgrade or downgrade: to switch, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new one. If you only need more credits, a credit pack stacks with your plan credits.
Card payments go through Stripe's secure checkout, and prices are in US dollars. Exports carry no watermark, and you may use your results commercially as long as you own the rights to the images you upload.
